Patient Care Support System


In order to streamline Patient Care support requests and better serve you, Beltone utilize a support ticket system. Every Patient Care support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid Beltone email address is required to submit a ticket.

Internet Issues

Solution

INTERNET ISSUES  

1.  Please restart your computer.  

2. If restarting your computer does not fix the issue please refer to step 3. 

3. Locate the modem (Modem will either have a cable cord or a telephone cord plugged into the back of the device).      

4.  Locate the Netgate (Red Box).    
  
5.  Locate the Router ( will have Ethernet cords coming out from the back).   

6.  After Locating the modem, please unplug the power supply. (Circular cord in the back) 
 
7. Now unplug the power supply and wait for 1 minute. 

8. After the minute has passed please plug the power supply back in.  

9.  Locate the Netgate again, now unplug the power supply to it and wait for 1 minute. (The power supply will have a circular cord as well)  

10. Finally we will unplug the power supply to the router for 1 minute exactly. (Power supply cord will be circular as well)
