In order to streamline Patient Care support requests and better serve you, Beltone utilize a support ticket system. Every Patient Care support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid Beltone email address is required to submit a ticket.

Keyboard Issues  

With most keyboard issues there are a few things to check for.   

1. If keyboard is wireless, please check to see if keyboard needs new batteries. 

2. The wireless keyboard is connected to the computer with a USB like the picture ->     

3. Please ensure that the USB Connector is securely in the USB port located on the computer tower. 

4. If you have a wired keyboard, please ensure that the connection between the keyboard and the computer tower are secure.   

5.  If none of the steps fix the issue please create a ticket in the Support portal and our Support Team will handle the issue.
