Patient Care Support System


In order to streamline Patient Care support requests and better serve you, Beltone utilize a support ticket system. Every Patient Care support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid Beltone email address is required to submit a ticket.

Mouse issue

Solution

Monitor Issues 


1. Please check to see if all cables, cords, or wires are securely connected into the monitor and computer.

2. If step 1 doesn’t work, please unplug the VGA cable from the monitor and from the computer.   

3. Some monitors may be connected to the computer with HDMI cords as well so again please unplug the HDMI cord from the monitor and computer.  

4. After unplugging the connection between the monitor and the computer, please restart your computer and plug in either the VGA cable or HDMI cord back into the monitor and computer.

5.  If the issue is still not resolved please go ahead and submit a ticket into the support portal, and our Support Team will handle the issue.
